1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hike Letter Infotech Pvt. Ltd. ("Hike Letter," "we," "us") website and enrolment in any training program we offer. By accessing the website or enrolling in a program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description of services

Hike Letter provides live-online and classroom training for project management certification exams, including PMP, CAPM and PMI-ACP preparation, corporate group training, PDU renewal workshops, and mock exam access. Course content, schedules, and instructors are subject to change; we will notify enrolled learners of material changes to a batch they have joined.

3. Enrolment & payment

• Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full or agreed instalment payment and a completed registration form.
• Course fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless noted.
• Batch seats are allocated on a first-confirmed, first-served basis; a quoted seat is not guaranteed until payment clears.
• Corporate/group training fees and terms are set out in a separate written proposal agreed with the client organisation.

4. Cancellations & refunds

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before a batch start date are eligible for a full refund, less any payment gateway charges.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the batch start date, or after the first live session has been attended, are non-refundable but may be adjusted as credit toward a future batch, at our discretion.
• If Hike Letter cancels or reschedules a batch, learners may choose a full refund or transfer to the next available batch.
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.

5. Course access & conduct

• Login credentials, class links, and study material are for the registered learner's personal use only and may not be shared or resold.
• Recorded sessions are provided for personal revision and may not be redistributed, re-uploaded, or used for commercial training purposes.
• We may suspend access for a learner who shares credentials, disrupts a live session, or engages in abusive conduct toward faculty or peers.

6. Intellectual property

All course material, slide decks, practice questions, mock exams, and recordings are the intellectual property of Hike Letter Infotech Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by copyright law. No part of this material may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.

7. PMI & trademark disclaimer

"PMP," "CAPM," "PMI-ACP," "PMBOK," and "PMI" are registered marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc. Hike Letter Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is an independent training provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Project Management Institute unless separately stated in writing. Completion of our program does not guarantee eligibility for, or a passing result in, any PMI examination — eligibility and results are determined solely by PMI.

8. Limitation of liability

Hike Letter provides training and preparation support on a reasonable-effort basis. We do not guarantee exam outcomes, certification approval, career advancement, or salary changes resulting from program completion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hike Letter's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by the learner for the specific program in question.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate a learner's access to our programs or website for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that disrupts other learners or staff, without obligation to refund fees already earned for sessions delivered.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
