• Information you provide directly — name, phone number, email address, current employer or role, years of project experience, and any message content submitted through our enquiry form, phone calls, or WhatsApp.
• Enrolment information — payment confirmation details (processed by our payment partner, not stored by us in full card form), PMI experience-hour records you share for application review, batch preference, and attendance data.
• Automatically collected information — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring website, gathered through standard server logs and analytics cookies.

3. How we use your information

We use collected information to:

• Respond to enquiries and schedule counselling calls
• Process enrolment, batch allocation, and PMI application support
• Send batch schedules, class links, study material, and renewal reminders
• Improve our curriculum, website content, and customer support
• Meet legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards — restricted staff access, encrypted transmission for forms and payment pages, and secured storage — to protect your information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, and we encourage you to use strong, unique passwords for any learner portal accounts.

7. Data retention

We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months if no enrolment follows, and enrolment and academic records for as long as needed to support certification renewal, alumni verification, and statutory recordkeeping — typically up to 7 years.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to:

• Provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or outdated information
• Delete your information, subject to our legal recordkeeping obligations
• Opt out of promotional emails or WhatsApp messages at any time
