Practice with PMP MUST-WIN™ and take your exam with confidence. If you complete the required practice exams and still do not pass your official PMP examination, we will cover 50% of your PMP exam retake fee, up to a maximum of US$150, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

PMP Pass Support – Terms & Conditions

If you complete the required PMP MUST-WIN™ mock exams and subsequently do not pass your official PMP® examination, we will cover 50% of your PMP® retake examination fee, up to a maximum of US$150, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Minimum Mock Exam Score: The candidate must achieve a minimum score of 70% in every required mock exam.
  2. Completion Requirement: All required PMP MUST-WIN™ mock exams must be completed before taking the official PMP® examination.
  3. Test Center Requirement: The official PMP® examination must be taken at an authorized physical test center. Online/remote-proctored examinations are not eligible for this offer.
  4. 30-Day Deadline: The candidate must take the official PMP® examination within 30 calendar days of completing all required mock exams. Sundays and public holidays are included in the 30-day period.
  5. PMI Verification: The candidate must provide their PMI credentials/account details required for verification of exam eligibility and result. These details will be used solely for verification purposes and handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.
  6. Proof of Result: If the candidate does not pass, they must provide official proof of the unsuccessful PMP® examination result.
  7. Claim Period: The support claim must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the official examination result.
  8. Maximum Support: Support is limited to 50% of the actual PMP® retake examination fee, up to US$150, and is available for one retake only.
  9. No Fraud/Manipulation: Altered, false, misleading, duplicate, or otherwise fraudulent documents or information will make the candidate immediately ineligible for the offer.
  10. Non-Transferable: The offer applies only to the registered candidate and cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.
  11. Verification: We reserve the right to verify mock-exam records, examination dates, PMI information, and official results before approving any reimbursement.

Online examinations can be affected by factors beyond a candidate’s exam preparation or knowledge. These may include internet connectivity issues, system or technical problems, webcam or microphone interruptions, environmental disturbances, proctoring-related issues, temporary loss of connection, or being required to leave the camera view. Because these factors can potentially affect the examination experience or result independently of the candidate’s preparation, we cannot accurately determine whether an unsuccessful result was solely related to exam readiness. Therefore, to keep our Pass Support program fair, transparent, and consistent for all candidates, the offer is available only when the PMP® examination is taken at an authorized physical test center, where such external variables are significantly reduced.

The Pass Support is designed as a shared commitment between the candidate and PMP MUST-WIN™. We provide 50% financial support, up to US$150, while the candidate contributes the remaining amount. This allows us to offer meaningful support while ensuring that candidates remain committed to thorough preparation and taking the examination seriously.

Our goal is not simply to refund an exam fee—it is to encourage disciplined preparation and provide genuine financial support if you don't pass despite meeting all eligibility requirements.
